How To Make Vanilla Iced Coffee image

Refreshing, creamy, lite and SO EASY to make that you'll be wondering why you have been paying so much for a Starbucks Iced Vanilla Latte or a McDonald's Iced Vanilla Coffee! Just a few easy steps in how to make vanilla iced coffee and you'll be brewing your iced coffee recipe in no time at all!

Number Of Ingredients 4

2 Cups Ice (maybe more depending on your coffee cooling method.)
1 ½ Cups Coffee (cooled, fresh, maybe more or less depending on the size of your iced coffee cup.)
2 Tbs Vanilla Syrup (more or less depending on your preference.)
3 Tbs Whole Milk (more or less depending on preference.)

Steps:

  • Fill a tall drinking glass completely with ice. Fill glass half way with cooled coffee.
  • Add the vanilla syrup to the glass.
  • Fill to 1 inch below the glass rim with more cooled coffee.
  • Add the milk.
  • Stir and enjoy!

Okay, so I really like iced coffee, so one day I tried putting it in a blender and this is what I came up with. Very easy and yummy. Enjoy. Note: Prep time doesn't include brew time or chill time on coffee. I brew it for hot coffee one day and take leftovers and put in fridge for this.

2 cups coffee (brewed cold)
3 teaspoons sugar (or equal substitute)
1 -2 tablespoon French vanilla flavored coffee creamer (liquid, I use fat-free)
2 cups ice cubes
chocolate syrup (optional)
Cool Whip (optional)

Steps:

  • Mix coffee, sugar and creamer.
  • Pour into blender and add ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
  • Top with chocolate syrup and cool whip if you want.
  • Note: You may need to crush your ice first, depending on power of your blender.

  • POUR milk into large glass measuring cup. Add enough ice to measure 3 cups. Pour into blender. Add frozen whipped topping, dry pudding mix and coffee; cover.
  • BLEND on high speed until smooth.
  • POUR into glasses. Serve immediately.

3 cups strong coffee
2 cups sugar
1 pint cream
1 quart whole milk (NOT 2%)
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Dissolve sugar in hot coffee.
  • Cool slightly.
  • Add remaining ingredients and pour into 1 large freezer container or, 2 or 3 smaller ones, and freeze.
  • Remove container from freezer 1&1/2 to 2 hours before serving.
  • Stir and serve icy cold and slushy!
  • *Cooktime is freeze time,and I am not sure of serving numbers.
