VAMPIRE'S KISS MARTINI

The vampire's kiss is a fun cocktail recipe. This fruity vodka martini includes raspberry liqueur and Champagne for a sparkling, blood-red Halloween drink.

Ingredients

1 1/2 ounces vodka
3/4 ounce raspberry liqueur (divided)
1 1/2 ounces sparkling wine
Garnish: red sugar (for rim)

Steps:

Gather the ingredients.
Rim a cocktail glass with red sugar: Wet the rim by dipping it in a shallow dish of raspberry liqueur then roll it in red sugar until evenly coated.
Pour the vodka and half of the raspberry liqueur into the glass.
Top with Champagne.
Pour the remaining Chambord over the back of a spoon so it floats on top of the drink . Serve and enjoy.

OMG! Such a yummy cocktail, perfect for girl's night out (or IN)! I make this to fit in my rather large martini glasses, yours may be smaller :(

Ingredients

2 ounces raspberry vodka
2 ounces Chambord raspberry liquor (black raspberry liqueur)
3 ounces cranberry juice

Steps:

Put ice and water in martini glass, to chill.
Put all ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice and shake the heck out of it!
Dump ice/water from glass.
Strain into martini glass and ENJOY!
