Steps:
- In a large pot, brown ground beef and onion until cooked through.
- Add the V8, chili beans, diced tomatoes, and chili seasoning. Stir to combine.
- Cook chili over medium heat until the mixture begins to boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for one hour, stirring occasionally.
- Serve with shredded cheese and sour cream.

Steps:
- Spray your Dutch oven with non-stick spray and add the diced onions. Cook over medium heat and season with salt. Saute for 3-4 minutes, or until the onions are translucent. Add garlic, turkey and Chili seasoning mix and cook for an additional 4 minutes, breaking up the turkey, until the turkey is browned. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Serve immediately or allow to cool and package to be refrigerated or frozen

- brown the ground beef and add to the 5q slow cooker.
- saute the onions, red pepper, orange peppers, garlic, celery and add to slow cooker.
- Drain and rinse the beans and add to slow cooker
- Drain the diced tomatoes and add to slow cooker
- add the V8 juice to the slow cooker
- add the spices to the slow cooker to your liking
- stir...
- Cook the deliciousness on high for 4 hours or low for 6. I like to serve with a toasted rye bread. Enjoy

- Cook the turkey, onion, chili powder and cumin in a 4-quart saucepan over medium-high heat until the turkey is well browned, stirring often.

- Brown hamburger and garlic.
- Drain hamburger and add to crockpot.
- While hamburger is browning, put can of chili beans, kidney beans, and V8 into crock pot.
- Add chili powder.
- Cook on high for 3 hours.
- before serving, add cayenne.
- Shredded cheddar for topping.

- Stir and cover. Cook on LOW for 8 hours or on HIGH for 4 hours.
