Steps:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Place butter in a 10 inch cast iron skillet and heat the skillet in oven.
- Beat eggs at high speed with an electric mixer. Slowly add the milk and flour.
- Pour batter into hot skillet. Return skillet to oven and bake for 20 minutes. It will rise like a souffle, then fall when taken out of oven. Lightly dust with powdered sugar and serve.

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Place butter in a 9x13-inch baking dish and place in the preheating oven until melted, about 5 minutes.
- Beat milk, flour, eggs, sugar, and salt together in a bowl until batter is smooth. Pour melted butter from baking dish into batter and beat until smooth. Pour batter into the baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven until cooked through, 20 to 25 minutes.

- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Place butter in an ovenproof pan or cast iron skillet and place in the oven.
- Meanwhile, combine eggs and milk in a bowl. Add flour, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt and whisk for 1 minute to remove lumps.
- Remove hot pan from oven and swirl melted butter to coat. Pour batter into the hot pan and return it to the oven.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the pancake is puffed in the center and golden brown on the edges, 20 to 25 minutes.
- Dust with confectioners' sugar and slice into 8 wedges.
