COMPANY CLOUD BISCUITS
When I was a kid, my mom made us sit and taste biscuit after biscuit searching for the best recipe. This is what we voted as the favorite, and we've all been making them ever since! PERFECT for biscuits and gravy! Or add more sugar and use for strawberry shortcake! YUM

LIGHT AS A CLOUD SOUTHERN BISCUITS
These biscuits remind me so much of my wonderful mother. She got up every morning to make biscuits before we all left for school..When I can home from school, there were hot biscuits just coming out of the oven for our dinner. I didn't really realize how special they were until I didn't have them anymore. All of my friends in the neighborhood would come by and eat those cold biscuits off the stove. They were amazing. This recipe is close, but still not the same. Enjoy though.

CLOUD BISCUITS
This is an old family recipe from my grandmother. These are VERY easy and was the 1st recipe I ever made (at 5 years old). These turn out so light and fluffy, you won't believe it.
