This creamy, sweet snickers salad with crisp apple crunch is a real people-pleaser. It makes a lot, which is good, because it will go fast! -Cyndi Fynaardt, Oskaloosa, Iowa

Number Of Ingredients 5

1-1/2 cups cold 2% milk
1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
4 large apples, chopped (about 6 cups)
4 Snickers candy bars (1.86 ounces each), cut into 1/2-inch pieces

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes. Let stand until soft-set, about 2 minutes. Fold in whipped topping. Fold in apples and candy bars. Refrigerate until serving.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 small package instant vanilla pudding
1/4 cup milk
1 large tub Cool Whip
1 to 2 packages of TWIX Bites
3 to 4 Granny Smith Apples
Optional: Caramel sauce

Steps:

  • Prepare the vanilla pudding according to the box instructions but only using 1/4 cup of milk and immediately add the tub of cool whip in it before it sets. Dice the TWIX Bites into halves. Dice the Granny Smith apples. Mix all the ingredients together. Allow it to set in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Optional: Drizzle with Caramel Sauce before serving it.

My brother introduced me to the Snicker Apple but I did not love the nuts. So, I decided to use Twix instead. I know there are tons of recipes out there, but it's pretty basic.

1 large tub of whipped topping
1-2 pkg twix bites (or chopped larger twix)
3-4 granny smith apples, diced
caramel sauce, optional

Steps:

  • 1. Prepare the vanilla pudding according to the box instructions, only using 1/4 cup of milk. Immediately add the tub of whipped topping before it sets.
  • 2. Dice the TWIX Bites into halves. Dice the Granny Smith apples. Mix all the ingredients together.
  • 3. Allow it to set in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  • 4. Optional: Drizzle with Caramel Sauce before serving it.
