Steps:
- Mix TVP and honey in a bowl. Make sure it's well blended.
- Spread out on a non stick cookie sheet and bake 300 degrees for 6 minutes.
- Stir and bake another 1-2 minutes tops.
- Let cool and transfer to an air tight container or use right away!
- This makes 2 servings at 12 grams protein, 0 fat, 110 calories!

- Moisten chicken with honey water and shake off excess.
- Coat chicken with bread crumbs.

- First, add the soy granules to a pot with the vegetables broth and simmer for 5-10 minutes until the soy granules have absorbed the liquid.
- Transfer the soy granules to a mixture and pulse until it comes together in a sticky dough but it's not completely pureed.

- Bring vegetable broth to a boil. (Chicken-flavored veggie broth is ideal, such as the Imagine Foods No-Chicken Broth.) Pour over tvp, cover, and allow to sit for 10 minutes until fully absorbed.
- Add spices, nutritional yeast, Worcestershire sauce, and combine. Taste and adjust salt (you will need more or less depending on saltiness of your broth). Stir in 1/4 cup flour. Depending on the type of flour you use, you may need more to make a firm dough that holds together when pressed in your palm.
- Prepare a breading station: place remaining flour, breadcrumbs, and plant milk in separate shallow dishes. Season flour with a pinch of salt and pepper.
