1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Creole mustard
2 tablespoons minced fresh gingerroot
1 tablespoon grated orange zest
1-1/2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
1 cup whole-berry cranberry sauce
4 green onions, sliced
2 packages (12 ounces each) Hawaiian sweet rolls or 24 dinner rolls, split
1-1/2 pounds thinly sliced cooked turkey

Steps:

  • Beat cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Beat in mustard, ginger, orange zest and horseradish. In another bowl, mix cranberry sauce and green onions., Spread cream cheese mixture onto roll bottoms. Top with turkey, cranberry mixture and roll tops.

3 each Pretzel or round roll, small & sliced in half lengthwise
3 TBSP Coleslaw, prepared
3 TBSP Boar's Head Bold® Fiery Chipotle Gourmaise®
3 slices Boar's Head Muenster Cheese, sliced thin
6 slices Boar's Head Ovengold® Turkey Breast, sliced thin

Steps:

  • Place opened rolls onto a clean work surface. Spread the Bold Fiery Chipotle Gourmaise on the top and bottom half of each roll. Top the bottom of each roll with coleslaw, cheese, and Ovengold Turkey. Crown with the top of each roll.

1 teaspoon cornstarch
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons curry powder
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
2 teaspoons sesame or canola oil
1 medium sweet red pepper, julienned
1 small onion, cut into thin wedges
1 garlic clove, minced
2 cups shredded cooked turkey breast
1 green onion, sliced
2 cups hot cooked brown rice
Thinly sliced serrano pepper and toasted sesame seeds, optional

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, mix the first six ingredients until blended. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add red pepper and onion; stir-fry until crisp-tender. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer., Stir cornstarch mixture and add to pan. Bring to a boil; cook and stir 2 minutes or until sauce is thickened. Add turkey; heat through. Stir in green onion. Serve with rice. If desired, top with serrano pepper and sesame seeds.
