- Crumble sausage into a large nonstick skillet. Add the onion, green pepper and mushrooms. Cook over medium heat until meat is no longer pink. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Drain. , Stir in the tomatoes, Italian seasoning and chili powder. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes. , Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Serve sausage mixture over pasta; sprinkle with cheese.

- Cook noodles according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook the sausage, onion, carrots and green pepper over medium heat until meat is no longer pink. Stir in flour until blended. Gradually add milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. , Drain noodles. Add the noodles, Worcestershire sauce and sage to the sausage mixture; toss to coat. , Transfer to a greased 2-1/2-qt. baking dish. Cover and bake at 350° for 20 minutes. - In a large skillet, warm oil over medium heat and saute sausage and onion for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, bring a large pot of water to a boil.
- In a small bowl, whisk together 2 seasoning packets from ramen noodles, flour and water until smooth; add this sauce and peas to skillet.
- Bring mixture to a boil, cover and cook for 5 minutes or until heated through.
- Add noodles to large pot of boiling water and cook for 3 minutes; drain.
- Remove sausage mixture from heat and stir in sour cream; do not boil. Mix in noodles and serve.
