1 Tbsp. butter
1 medium onion chopped
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup with roasted garlic
1/2 cup milk
1 can diced tomatoes with other seasonings or plain undrained
1 can of mushrooms or fresh mushrooms

Steps:

  • Saute onion and mushrooms in large skillet with butter. Add soup, tomatoes, and milk. Simmer till reduced and creamy.

1 cup uncooked elbow macaroni (4 ounces)
1 lb lean ground turkey
3/4 teaspoon garlic pepper seasoning, blend
3 medium zucchini, chopped (about 3 cups)
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil or 2 teaspoons dried basil leaves
1 (10 ounce) container refrigerated low-fat alfredo sauce
1/4 cup Italian style breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons grated romano cheese
1 teaspoon margarine or 1 teaspoon butter, melted

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Spray 2-1/2 quart casserole with nonstick cooking spray. Cook macaroni to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain.
  • In large nonstick skillet, cook and stir turkey and garlic pepper blend over medium high heat 6 to 8 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink.
  • Add cooked macaroni, zucchini, basil and Alfredo sauce; mix well. Spoon mixture into sprayed casserole.
  • In small bowl, combine all topping ingredients; mix well. Sprinkle over casserole.
  • Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

2 tablespoons butter
1 (6 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon pepper
2 cups chopped cooked turkey
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
1 cup sour cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Melt butter in a large heavy skillet. Saute mushrooms for 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper, and stir in turkey, condensed soup, and sour cream. Place cooked noodles in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Pour sauce mixture evenly over the top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until sauce is bubbling.

1 lb lean ground turkey
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 cups firmly packed fresh spinach leaves
1 container (10 oz) refrigerated reduced-fat Alfredo pasta sauce
1 can (14.5 oz) petite diced tomatoes, undrained
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese (1 oz)

Steps:

  • In 2-quart saucepan, cook and drain pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
  • Meanwhile, in 12-inch nonstick skillet, cook turkey, Italian seasoning and salt over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until turkey is no longer pink; drain.
  • Stir spinach into turkey. Cook uncovered over medium heat 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until spinach is wilted. Stir in pasta sauce and tomatoes. Cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly heated. Stir in pasta.
  • Sprinkle with cheese; reduce heat to low. Cover; cook about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

16 oz box ziti rigati, cooked per package directions
1 jar(s) alfredo sauce (15 oz.)
15 oz small curd cottage cheese, lowfat
2 large eggs
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 c shredded parmesan cheese
1/2 c shredded asiago cheese
3 Tbsp dried parsley
2 c cooked turkey, shredded or diced
2 c shredded mozzarella

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly spray 13x9 baking dish with nonstick spray. Stir together cooked pasta and turkey.
  • 2. Lightly beat eggs and stir into cottage cheese; add to all remaining ingredients except mozzarella. Stir mixture into pasta and turkey. Pour into prepared baking dish. Cover with mozzarella.
  • 3. Bake @ 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until cheese is golden and bubbly. Remove from oven and allow to set for about 10 minutes before serving.
