Great use of leftover Thanksgiving turkey.

Steps:
- Place broccoli in a saucepan with 4 cups of water. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, cover, and simmer until tender, 5 to 8 minutes. Drain.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Melt margarine in a saucepan over medium heat; stir in flour, salt, and pepper and mix well. Pour in chicken broth; cook and stir until sauce thickens and bubbles, about 10 minutes. Add cream and wine; stir until well-combined.
- Arrange broccoli on the bottom of a 7x12-inch baking dish. Pour half of the sauce over the broccoli. Top sauce with sliced turkey. Stir Monterey Jack cheese into the remaining sauce in the saucepan. Pour cheese sauce over the turkey.
- Bake the turkey divan in the preheated oven until bubbly, about 20 minutes. Broil until the cheese sauce is golden, about 5 minutes.

- Cook broccoli according to package directions being sure not to overcook; drain.
- In a 9x13 dish put a layer of broccoli and turkey.
- To prepare sauce mix remaining ingredients except bread crumbs and butter.
- Pour sauce on the turkey and broccoli.
- Top with bread crumbs and butter.
- Bake 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

We make this every November using some of the leftover turkey from Thanksgiving! It's as traditional as the roasted bird & mashed potatoes!

- Preheat oven to 350; grease a 13x9 pan.
- Peel broccoli stems, cut into bite-size morsels; cut tops into bite-size pieces also.
- In a medium saucepan with about a half-inch of water, steam-parboil broccoli in boiling water--just until broccoli is barely BRIGHT green; drain well, then pour into prepared pan.
- Arrange the cut-up turkey (or chicken) over the broccoli.
- In a small bowl, combine soup, mayo and oregano; spoon over turkey.
- Sprinkle cheese over the pan.
- Bake for 45 minutes and cheese is bubbly.

- Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray a 13 x 99 baking dish with cooking spray. Or, you can bake this casserole in [6] individual [8-10 oz] casseroles.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix together the rice, turkey, both soups, milk, mayonnaise, pimentos, green onion, garlic salt, onion powder, curry powder and 11/2 cups cheese.
- Pour into the baking dish. Sprinkle the top with the remaining shredded cheese.
