- Heat oven to 425°F.
- Unroll pizza crust on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Pat out dough to 15x10-inch rectangle; sprinkle with Parmesan. Layer remaining ingredients lengthwise down center of dough.
- Fold dough in half over filling; pinch edges together tightly to seal. Cut small slits in top of dough to vent.
- Bake 15 to 18 min. or until golden brown. Cool slightly before cutting to serve.

- Unroll pizza dough on lightly floured surface. Roll out or pat into 12-inch square; top with cheese, turkey, peppers and basil, leaving 1/2-inch rim around all sides. Roll up; pinch seam and ends together to seal.
- Place, seam side down, on foil-covered baking sheet. Beat egg and water; brush onto dough.
- Bake 22 to 25 min. or until golden brown. Cool 10 min. before slicing.

- Roll out french bread loaf into a 10x14 inch rectangle on a greased baking sheet. Spread on the Dijon mustard to within 1/2" from the edge of the dough. Add the cranberry sauce next and then top that with an even layer of sliced turkey. Layer the spinach, then the brie cheese, slivered almonds, craisins and honey ham. Roll, jellyroll style, starting with the long end. Pinch the edges to seal and turn under both ends. Roll sandwich seam side down on the baking sheet. Cut one inch slits across the top of the loaf. Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown. Let sit for 10 minutes to cool before serving.
