- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9×13" baking sheet with aluminum foil. In a small bowl mix together ranch dressing and gorgonzola cheese. Assemble the sliders by putting some of the turkey onto the top of the bottom half of the slider bun. Tear a piece of the bacon in half and place both halves on top of the turkey. Top with a dollop of the Ranch Gorgonzola dressing and then place the top half of the roll onto the sandwich. Place the slider onto a baking sheet. Repeat until all of the sliders are assembled. Place the baking sheet into the oven and bake the sliders at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve with the remaining Ranch Gorgonzola cheese dressing on the side for dipping.

Steps:
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and bacon. Cook until onions are browned, 3 to 5 minutes.
- Form turkey into 12 small patties. Season both sides of each patty with hamburger seasoning, garlic salt, and pepper.
- Add patties to skillet on top of the onion and bacon. Cook for 3 minutes. Flip and cook for 2 minutes more. Scatter Muenster cheese on top and let melt. Cook until cheese is melted and meat reaches desired doneness, about 2 minutes more. If desired, add buns to the pan and let steam while patties cook.
- Remove patties, place between buns, and spoon onion and bacon on top.

Steps:
- Preheat Griddler, fitted with the griddle plates, to 425°F (220°C) and grease with nonstick spray.
- On a cutting board, arrange 4 slices of turkey bacon vertically directly next to each other. Weave the 5 remaining bacon slices horizontally through the vertical pieces.
- Wrap the bacon weave onto a rolling pin, taking care to keep it intact. Carefully transfer the bacon to the griddle and carefully unroll in an even layer.
- Close the Griddler and cook for 8 minutes, until the bacon is fully cooked and has begun to crisp up. Remove the bacon weave from the Griddler.
- Use a bread knife to slice the intact loaf of rolls crosswise so that the bottoms can be separated from the tops. Set aside the top half.
- Place the bacon weave on the bottom half of the rolls.
- Distribute the scrambled eggs on top of the bacon weave, smoothing them into an even layer.
- Place the cheese on top of the eggs, covering as much area as possible.
- Place the lettuce on top of the cheese.
- Place the tomato slices evenly on top of the lettuce leaves.
- Replace the top half of the rolls and slice the individual sliders.
- Enjoy!

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
- Place rolls, without separating them, on a flat work surface. Cut in half horizontally. Arrange bottom half in the prepared pan. Sprinkle 1 cup Cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is melted, 3 to 5 minutes.
- Cook and stir beef and onion in a skillet until beef is browned, 5 to 8 minutes. Drain grease. Stir in tomatoes, 1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard, 1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook until fully combined, 1 to 2 minutes.
- Spoon beef mixture over rolls. Sprinkle remaining 1 cup Cheddar cheese and bacon on top. Cover with top half of rolls.
- Combine butter, brown sugar, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, and 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover and microwave on high until butter is melted, about 1 minute. Stir until blended and pour over rolls. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven, uncovered, until golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes.
