TUNA SALAD DEVILED EGGS



Tuna Salad Deviled Eggs image

The best of both worlds...tuna salad meets deviled eggs to create a protein-packed and Keto-friendly light lunch.

6 eggs, hard boiled
1 can white tuna, drained
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 tbsp. diced celery
2 tbsp. diced onion
1 tsp. dried parsley
salt and pepper, to taste
paprika, for garnish

Steps:

  • Hard boil eggs using favourite method. Peel eggs and cut in half.
  • Remove yolks from eggs and place in small bowl. Mash yolks and add tuna, mayonnaise, mustard, celery, onion and parsley. Mix well.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Arrange halved egg whites on a plate and fill with tuna mixture. Sprinkle with paprika and garnish with chopped chives, if desired.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.

These Tuna Stuffed Deviled Eggs are perfect to pack for lunch or serve as an appetizer!

8 large hard boiled eggs
2 6 oz cans albacore tuna, packed in water, drained
1 tbsp red onion (minced)
1/3 cup light mayo (use compliant mayo for whole30)
1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
chopped fresh chives
salt and pepper (to taste)

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl combine the egg yolks with mayo and mash.
  • Add tuna, red onion and red wine vinegar.
  • Scoop heaping spoonfuls of the tuna salad into the 16 halved eggs. Garnish with chives.

2 (12 ounce) cans tuna, drained
½ cup light creamy salad dressing (such as Miracle Whip Light®)
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 stalk celery, diced
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
1 dash Worcestershire sauce

Steps:

  • Combine tuna, salad dressing, chopped eggs, celery, relish, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce in a medium bowl. Mix until well combined.

This recipe combines deviled eggs and tuna salad for a fun change for potlucks and holidays.

6 eggs
1 (4.5 ounce) can tuna, drained and flaked
2 teaspoons sweet pickle relish, drained
1 teaspoon mustard
¼ teaspoon white sugar
⅛ teaspoon onion powder
2 ½ tablespoons mayonnaise, or as needed
salt and pepper to taste
1 pinch paprika, or as desired

Steps:

  • Place eggs in a saucepan; cover with water. Bring to a boil, remove from heat, and let eggs stand in hot water for 15 minutes. Remove eggs from hot water, cool under cold running water, and peel.
  • Cut eggs in half lengthwise; place yolks in a small bowl. Mash egg yolks with a fork; stir in tuna, pickle relish, mustard, sugar, and onion powder. Stir mayonnaise into tuna mixture until mixture is creamy but remains firm; season with salt and pepper.
  • Place egg whites cut-side-up on a serving platter. Spoon tuna mixture into egg white halves; sprinkle with paprika.
