EASY TUNA PATTIES



Easy Tuna Patties image

These patties are great dipped in ketchup, mustard, or hot sauce. They are also great as a sandwich.

Number Of Ingredients 8

2 eggs
2 teaspoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
10 tablespoons Italian-seasoned bread crumbs
3 (5 ounce) cans tuna, drained
3 tablespoons diced onion
1 pinch ground black pepper
3 tablespoons vegetable oil

Steps:

  • Beat eggs and lemon juice in a bowl; stir in Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs to make a paste. Fold in tuna and onion until well-mixed. Season with black pepper. Shape tuna mixture into eight 1-inch-thick patties.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat; fry patties until golden brown, about 5 minutes per side.

This is a throw together recipe that worked for us Its more of a kid food then anything else We served this topped with ketchup salt and pepper but it really didnt need it

4 -6 cups frozen french fries
1 cup cottage cheese
1 (7 ounce) can tuna, drained
1 cup frozen peas
1 -2 green onion, chopped
1 (10 ounce) can beef gravy
1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • mix all ingredients in a casserole dish
  • stir.
  • bake for 25-35 minutes.
  • Serve right away.
