1 (6 ounce) can tuna in water
8 ounces cream cheese, room temp
2 -3 garlic cloves, crushed
1 dash garlic salt
1 -2 tablespoon mayonnaise (the amount depends on how stiff you want to make the dip, more of the Tuna water, less stiff.)

Steps:

  • Mix all the ingredients together, let the flavors blend.
  • Optional add ins: green onions.
  • olives, green or black, nuts.

185 g (6.5 oz) canned tuna in oil (See Note 1)
1 tsp lemon zest (See Note 2)
1/3 cup mayonnaise - good quality whole egg
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper - or to taste
1/4 cup fresh parsley leaves - roughly chopped (See Note 3)
1 spring onion/scallion - some white and green part, roughly chopped
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper - to taste, if needed (See Note 4)
to garnish - parsley, spring onions, lemon zest and/or capers (optional )

Steps:

  • Drain your tuna of any excess oil.
  • Zest the lemon. Chop the parsley and spring onion.
  • Place all of the ingredients into a small blender, and blend until the dip has reached a smooth consistency.Check that the seasoning is to your taste. Add salt and freshly ground black pepper if necessary.
  • Serve the dip, spread in a shallow bowl with a garnish of parsley, spring/green onion top, capers or lemon zest. (Or all of the above!)

1 8-oz package cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 teaspoons liquid smoke
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
3-4 dashes Tabasco sauce
1/2 teaspoon regular or smoked paprika ((with a little extra to sprinkle on top))

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, MIX all ingredients together using a hand mixer. TASTE and ADJUST seasoning to taste. SERVE with saltine crackers.

15½ oz (440g) can cream oyster soup (or cream of mushroom)
4 (115g) oz packaged cream cheese
10 (285g) oz can cream-style sweet corn
1 large onion
Salt
Pepper
1 cup dry breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
1 (30g) butter

Steps:

  • Chop onion finely, mix with the softened cream cheese. Add soup, corn and drained tuna.; season with salt and pepper.
  • Heat together gently, stirring until combined. Transfer to ovenproof dish.
  • Sprinkle over combined breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese; dot with butter.
  • Bake in moderate oven 15 to 20 minutes, until topping is brown.
