TROPICAL STRAWBERRY CHILLER - A VODKA COCKTAIL



Tropical Strawberry Chiller - A Vodka Cocktail image

A light and fruity frozen cocktail. Strawberries, Coconut milk, whipped cream vodka and bitters.

1.50 ounces whipped cream vodka
1.50 ounces coconut milk
1.75 ounces strawberry simple syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
club soda
5-6 strawberries, cut into small pieces
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
pinch salt

Steps:

  • For the CocktailPour the strawberry syrup, coconut milk, vodka and bitters into a shaker. Add ice and shake for 15-20 seconds. Add crushed or shaved ice into a highball glass. Strain into glass, top with club soda. Garnish with a fresh strawberry or slices of strawberry. Cheers! For the Strawberry Simple SyrupPlace sugar, water, strawberries and salt into a small saucepan and bring up to boil. Allow to simmer, stirring occasionally until the strawberries are soft and beginning to fall apart. Strain out the pulp and the seeds using a fine mesh strainer. Store the syrup in a closed container in the fridge.
