TROPICAL CREAM CHEESE SPREAD



Tropical Cream Cheese Spread image

This is great on banana breads, or any sweet bread, bagels, or toast. You can also eat it on graham crackers and fruit. I also like it smeared on those little butter cookies.

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons cherries, chopped
1/4 cup crushed pineapple
2 teaspoons honey
1/3 cup flaked coconut

Steps:

  • Combine cream cheese, cherries, crushed pineapple and honey, mixing until well blended.
  • Add coconut and mix well.
  • Keep covered and refrigerated.

8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained & squeezed dry
1 (8 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained & squeezed dry
2 tablespoons green onion tops, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped pecans

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • Refrigerate for at least 12 hours before serving.
  • Serve with Wheat Thins.

graham cracker
apple, slices
pineapple chunk
strawberry

Steps:

  • Beat cream cheese, honey and ginger in a small mixing bowl until smooth.
  • Stir in crushed pineapple.
  • Serve with graham crackers or the assorted fruits.
