- In a 5-qt. slow cooker, combine boiling water and tea bags. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Discard tea bags. Stir in the remaining ingredients., Cover and cook on low for 2-4 hours or until heated through. If desired, serve with pineapple and orange wedges. Serve warm.

- Cover and let steep for 5 minutes or until desired strength. Remove tea bags allow to cool then chill.

- Crush spearmint leaves in the bottom of a 12-ounce glass until leaves are bruised and broken up. Stir ice, tea, and simple syrup into glass. Pour vodka into glass and stir.
