Here's what you need: sugar, cinnamon, butter, 10-inch flour tortillas, heavy cream, vanilla extract, sugar, fresh fruit

¼ cup sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons butter, melted
3 10-inch flour tortillas
1 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons sugar
fresh fruit

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 375˚F (190˚C).
  • In a small bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon. Butter each side of the tortillas, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, and cut into even quarters, making 12 pieces. Place 2 pieces in 6 cups of a muffin tin and push down so that they create a cup shape. Bake for 13-15 minutes, or until crisp. Remove the cups from the oven and allow to cool in the tin.
  • In a large bowl, beat together heavy cream, vanilla extract, and sugar with an electric hand mixer until stiff peaks form.
  • Assemble the cups by placing a spoonful of whipped cream in each toasted cup. Top the whipped cream with fresh fruit of your choice.

3 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
10 flour tortillas (6 inches)
1 package (8 ounces) reduced-fat cream cheese
1 cup cold fat-free milk
1 package (1 ounce) sugar-free instant white chocolate or vanilla pudding mix
2 cups reduced-fat whipped topping
1/4 cup milk chocolate chips, melted

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon. Coat one side of each tortilla with cooking spray; sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar. Turn tortillas over; repeat on the other side. Cut each tortilla into four wedges. , For each dessert cup, place round edge of one tortilla wedge in the bottom of a muffin cup, shaping sides to fit cup. Place a second tortilla wedge in muffin cup, allowing bottom and sides to overlap. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes or until crisp and lightly browned. Cool completely in pan., Meanwhile, for filling, in a small bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. In another bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes or until soft-set. Beat in cream cheese on low until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. , Carefully remove cups from pan. Pipe or spoon about 3 tablespoons filling into each cup. Drizzle or pipe with melted chocolate. Refrigerate for 5 minutes or until chocolate is set. Store in the refrigerator.

3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
6 medium flour tortillas
1 (250 g) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup Cool Whip (or other prepared dessert topping)
1/2 cup sugar
1 lime, zest of
1 cup fresh fruit

Steps:

  • Melt butter in a small microwavable bowl.
  • Mix sugar and cinnamon in another bowl.
  • Brush both sides of tortillas with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar mixture.
  • Gently press tortillas into 6 custard cups to form cups, microwave 3 cups at a time on HIGH for 45 seconds.
  • Let cool 5 minutes before removing from cups.
  • Cups should be firm before removing from cup.
  • Beat cream cheese, Cool Whip and sugar until blended.
  • Stir in lime zest.
  • Assemble by filling tortilla cups with filling and top with assorted fresh fruit.

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Invert 4 small ovenproof bowls or ramekins on a rimmed baking sheet and lightly coat with cooking spray. Coat both sides of 4 tortillas with cooking spray and drape tortillas over bowls. Bake until golden and crisp, 12 minutes, checking after 5 minutes to make sure tortillas are centered on bowls (if they slide off, put them back on bowls). Repeat with 4 more tortillas.

6 tortilla wraps
125ml (½ cup) cream cheese
60ml (4 tbsp) Amarula Ethiopian Coffee Cream Liqueur
125ml (½ cup) double cream
8g (3 tsp) powdered sugar
1g (¼ tsp) cornstarch [optional]
Amarula filling, see above
220g (1¾ cup) raspberries
90ml (6 tbsp) chocolate spread
100g (2 cups) mini marshmallows
90g (6 tbsp) butter

Steps:

  • For the Amarula Filling: In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese and Amarula together until smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form.
  • Add the whipped cream, icing sugar and cornstarch(optional) into the Amarula filling then set aside.
  • For the Dessert Tortilla Wraps: Lay tortilla flat. Fold in half to create a seam in the tortilla marking the middle. Unfold, then starting from the center, cut down the seam, ending at the 6 o'clock position.
  • Imagine the tortilla is split into 4 equal sections. Quadrant 1 is bottom left. Spoon a dollop of Amarula filling in this quarter and spread evenly with a spoon.
  • Quadrant 2 is top left. Arrange raspberries in an even layer in this section.
  • Quadrant 3 is top right. Smear one tablespoon of chocolate spread in the section.
  • Quadrant 4 is bottom right. Arrange the mini marshmallows in a single layer in this section.
  • Fold Quadrant 1 onto Quadrant 2, then into 3 and lastly into 4. You'll end up with a triangle, almost resembling an open ended samosa.
  • Heat a knob of butter in a nonstick frying pan on a medium heat.
  • When the butter starts sizzling, place the wrap in the pan and fry for 90 seconds on each side, or until crispy and golden brown.
  • Drizzle with more chocolate, raspberries and marshmallows and serve immediately with a glass of Amarula Ethiopian Coffee Cream Liqueur. Enjoy!
