- Place your tortellini in a lightly greased 4-quart crock pot.
- Mix together your marinara sauce, cream cheese and fresh herbs.
- Pour your sauce mixture over your tortellini and stir all together.
- Lay your mozzarella slices on top and sprinkle your shredded parmesan on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.

- Spray crock pot with cooking spray.
- Mix beef, marinara sauce, mushrooms and tomatoes in crock pot.

- If frozen for OAMC this heats well and does not dry out if you can reheat in freezer bags or sealable bags. Excellent.

Since I'm out of the house by 7am, and not home until 5pm I learned to love crock pot meals. I saw this recipe on Facebook and we loved it, especially dipping the bread into the broth. Plus it's a recipe you can make your own by adding whatever you like, so I thought I would share with you !!

- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add ground beef, onion and garlic. Cook until beef has browned, about 3-5 minutes, making sure to crumble the beef as it cooks; drain excess fat. Place ground beef mixture, crushed tomatoes, diced tomatoes and green chiles, oregano, basil and red pepper flakes into a slow cooker; season with salt and pepper, to taste. Stir until well combined. Cover and cook on low heat for 7-8 hours or high heat for 3-4 hours. Uncover and stir in tortellini; top with cheeses. Cover and cook on low heat for an additional 15-30 minutes, or until tender. Serve immediately, garnished with parsley, if desired.
EASY SLOW-COOKER TORTELLINI
This tortellini recipe is excellent for a slow cooker. Keep an eye on your tortellini, as it may be done sooner. If it looks soupy, leave the lid off for the last half hour or so of cooking. For a vegetarian version, omit sausage and use vegetable broth instead!

- Brown and crumble ground Italian sausage. Season with salt and pepper. Drain excess grease. Place cooked sausage into the bottom of a 4-quart crock pot.
- Pour in chicken broth.
- Add in Italian diced tomatoes. Then pour into crock pot. Top with chunks of cream cheese.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning and garlic salt onto soup mixture. Top with frozen cheese tortellini and baby spinach.
- Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours.
- Uncover and stir well. If cream cheese isn't fully melted, cover and allow to cook for additional 20 minutes.
