8 ounces triple sec
8 ounces gin
3 ounces fresh lime juice
1 1/2 liters chilled champagne

Steps:

  • Mix triple sec, gin and lime
  • pour over large pieces ice in punch bowl.
  • Stir and chill for a 1/2 hour.
  • At serving time add your champagne. Use punch cups or goblets.

1 quart orange juice
1 pint lemon juice
8 limes, juice of
10 ounces orange Curacao
1 quart puerto rican light rum
4 ounces grenadine

Steps:

  • Mix the ingredients in a gallon jug.
  • Pour in a punch bowl over chipped ice and stir thoroughly about 20 minutes before serving.
  • Add more large pieces of ice.
  • Float 5 or 6 Gardenias.
  • Serve in bamboo or coconut cups.
