If you need a party snack in an instant, cream cheese and marshmallow fluff to the rescue! 2 simple ingredients are all you need to make the creamiest, most fluffy marshmallow dip. Fantastic to serve with a fresh fruit platter, the combined cream cheese and marshmallow fluff make a surprisingly easy dip that will keep everyone coming back to the appetizer table again and again. Steps:
- Remove Cream Cheese from fridge and open the box and open the foil. Let the cream cheese sit on the counter at room temperature for approximately 15 minutes to soften. Do not microwave. While you can skip this step if you are in a hurry, hardened cream cheese is more difficult to whip up and gets caught in electric beaters a lot easier.
- Cream cheese and marshmallow can be combined using electric beaters. Any contents that get stuck inside the wire metal of the beaters just needs a spatula to push back into the bowl.
- Serve marshmallow fluff dip with a fruit platter with fresh sliced fruit (see article for full details on fruit serving ideas) and a variety of cookies and crackers like graham crackers and animal crackers.

FRUIT DIP FOR APPLES
My aunt gave me this recipe. I love it for dunking apples, however you could use other fruit with it as well.

APPLE DIP (IT'S NOT JUST FOR APPLES ANYMORE)
I love this dip, possibly more than caramel dip! HOWEVER, it seems I have limited it's possibilities by implying that it should be reserved for apples solely from the recipe's title. That is not the case!! WHY should you try this dip? Well the marshmallow and cream cheese dip is great, but I believe it's the cinnamon that really sets it apart!! I think you could put the ingredients on a long list of things, but I'll let you use your own creativity for that. I prefer it with very tart apples, such as Northern Spy or Granny Smith, but have used it with all sorts since dh likes sweet and softer apples. It is very good and very easy and can be prepared in advance, such as for parties.
