Steps:
- In a large bowl, combine oats, Shredded Wheat and bran. Add buttermilk, water, oil and eggs; stir for 1 minute. Stir in brown sugar. Combine flour, baking soda and salt; add to the cereal mixture until blended. , Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups two-thirds full. Bake at 400° for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes; remove from pans to wire racks.

Steps:
- 1. Heat oven to 400^. Spray 12-16 regular size muffin wells--(cupcake pan);with no stick spray..set aside. In a medium bowl add the cereal and milk,mix slightly-then set aside.
- 2. In a large bowl combine the flour, baking powder,baking soda,cinnamon, brown sugar and salt.Mix with large spatula to combine and break up any sugar lumps. Set aside.
- 3. To the cereal /cream bowl add the egg and beat with a spoon. Stir in the peach butter,vanilla, melted butter and nuts..stir to combine well. Stir this mixture into the flour mixture and fold until flour is mixed in, only until moistened.
- 4. Spoon batter evenly into the prepared muffin cups, fill each cup to the top. Bake 22-25 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean. Cool in pan 2 minutes. Remove to wire rack to cool.

Steps:
- Mix flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon together. Set aside.
- Combine Grape nuts, oats and milk. Let stand 3 minutes. Add oil and egg to cereal mixture.Then add to flour mixture. Stir enough to moisten flour. Batter will be thick.
- Spoon into greased or paper-lined muffins cups, 3/4 full. Mix topping ingredients together and top muffins before baking.
- Bake at 450 for 15 minutes.

HEALTHY THREE GRAIN BREAD
This is a healthy grain bread made with quinoa, oatmeal and flaxseed. It is moist and has alot of flavor. It is especially good toasted.

Steps:
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
- Cook the oatmeal in the 1/4 cup water and milk. Let cool.
- Cook the quinoa in the 2 cups water until all the water is absorbed. Let cool.
- Place everything except the egg and sesame seeds in your bread machine in the order as suggested by the manufacturer.
- Knead on the "dough" cycle.
- You may have to add a little more flour, if too sticky.
- Turn onto floured board and punch down and let rest for 10 minutes.
- Shape into a large circle and place on greased cookie sheet.
- Cover with plastic wrap sprayed with Pam and let rise for approximately 40 minutes or until doubled.
- Remove plastic wrap and brush top with egg white and sprinkle the sesame seeds on top.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes.
GRAPE NUTS MUFFINS
Steps:
- Gather the ingredients.
- Preheat oven to 425 F. Grease and flour muffin pans or line with paper liners.
- In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar; whisk to blend thoroughly. Add cereal and mix.
- Combine beaten egg , milk, and melted shortening; add to dry mixture and mix just until all ingredients are moistened.
- Fill prepared muffin pans about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 18 to 22 minutes, or until done.
