EASY HOMEMADE THREE BERRY SYRUP
This three berry medley heats up to make a delicious syrup recipe that's lick-your-plate good

Steps:
- Add all ingredients to a saucepan over medium heat and cook while stirring for 10 minutes
- When the berries are cooked and soft, mash them with a masher or spatula
- After it is all mashed, continue to simmer for 5 minutes
- For a thicker syrup, cook for another 5 to 15 minutes
- For a smoother syrup, strain through a fine mesh strainer
- Serve immediately for a hot syrup, or chill for a few hours to serve cold

EASY HOMEMADE BERRY SYRUP
This berry syrup is easy and super yummy on so many things, especially cheesecake and French toast. The syrup can also be used for pancakes, waffles, crepes, etc.

Steps:
- Pour frozen berries and 2 cups water into a medium saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until they have thawed but are not hot. Add sugar and bring to a simmer; cook for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Mix remaining 1/4 cup water and cornstarch together in a bowl. Add to the berry mixture and cook over medium-low heat to thicken slightly, about 3 minutes.

THREE-BERRY SYRUP
Can be prepared in 45 minutes or less.

Steps:
- In a small heavy saucepan simmer cranberries and raspberries including their syrup, covered, until cranberries have burst, about 10 minutes. Force mixture through a fine sieve into a bowl, pressing hard on solids, and return liquid to pan. Stir in sugar, water, strawberry syrup, and lemon juice and simmer, uncovered, until sugar is dissolved and mixture has thickened slightly, 5 to 10 minutes. Stir in strawberries and simmer until heated through, about 2 minutes.
- Serve syrup warm or at room temperature. The syrup keeps, covered and chilled, 1 week.
TRIPLE BERRY BLEND SYRUP
I have not tried this recipe. I got it from Schwan's. The recipe calls to use Schwan's Triple Berry Blend frozen fruit.

Steps:
- In a small stockpot melt butter and sugar on medium heat and stir until well blended.
- Add triple berry blend and stir occasionally for 5 minutes.
- Mix cornstarch with 1 tablespoon of water and add to the berry mixture. Stir.
- Simmer for another 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
- Transfer syrup to bowl and serve warm, or cool in refrigerator to serve cold.
- Note: Syrup can be made 1 day ahead. Cover and refrigerate.
