WALDORF GOAT CHEESE SALAD



Waldorf Goat Cheese Salad image

Fruit, nuts, and cheese are the perfect combination over greens - and even better with raspberry walnut vinaigrette.

2 cups red leaf lettuce - rinsed, dried and torn
2 tablespoons raspberry walnut vinaigrette
½ cup seedless red grapes, halved
2 tablespoons crumbled goat cheese
2 tablespoons chopped pecans

Steps:

  • Toss lettuce with dressing in a mixing bowl; transfer to a serving dish. Scatter grapes, goat cheese, and pecans on top, and enjoy!
