THICK FRUIT WHIP
Here's an unusual smoothie recipe found in the 2008 cookbooklet Taste of Home Smoothies & Other Beverages. Although I don't usually include ice cubes in my smoothies, this is one of the few exceptions!

Steps:
- In a large bowl, combine whipped topping and milk; fold in frozen berries. Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving. Freeze leftovers; remove from the freezer 30 minutes before serving.

DELICIOUS FRUIT WHIP
This is a light delicious fruit whip salad that goes over well at gatherings. I use the lowest calorie/fat whipped topping I can find and sugarfree pudding and pineapple in it's own juice (no sugar added). Cooking time is for chilling.

Steps:
- Peel, core and chop apples & place in large bowl.
- Clean strawberries, remove stems and cut in pieces about the same size as apple pieces and add to bowl with apples.
- Add crushed pineapple (do not drain) and pudding (dry) to bowl. Mix together.
- Fold in whipped topping.
- Refrigerate at least an hour. Serve.
