THE BEST VEGETARIAN PIZZA
This is the best veggie pizza I have ever had, and I do not like veggies but I will eat them just for this recipe. It is a two step process making your sauce and then cutting up all of your veggies for toppings. It is a very cool and refreshing taste I love to eat my cold pizza and drink a big glass of lemon sweet tea on ice.

WHOLE WHEAT VEGETARIAN PIZZA
I just made this pizza today and could not believe how good the dough turned out. It is not the traditional way of making it. I folded the edges of the dough into the pizza itself, what a great idea!!. For the filling I pretty much used what I had on hand so feel free to add your own personal touch. This recipe will yield two regular pizza pies.

- Dough is now ready for use so you may use it for calzones, or regular pizza pie.
- Spread tomatoes sauce, and sprinkle with oregano. Arrange peppers, sun dried tomatoes, and olives on top of the pizza. Add mozzarella cheese and bake at 400 degrees for about 15-20 minutes. Enjoy.

VEGETARIAN MEDITERRANEAN PIZZA
This is a wonderful pizza! I got this recipe from the Alive magazine that I pick up at the health food store. Use whatever kind of crust you like. I make my own out of 1/2 whole wheat and 1/2 white flour. That gives you the goodness of whole wheat....but a lighter crust than using all whole wheat. I have added fresh spinach to the recipe...and it works wonderfully. For the best flavour, slightly blacken the grilled eggplant. My pic is not very good....but will post another when I make again. Enjoy!

VEGETARIAN TAMALE PIZZA
This is from Fast-Scratch Vegetarian by Land O' Lakes, and it was a staple during my veg days. It is quick and easy to throw together and quite a hearty meal! I usually make my own crust, and often make it much larger than 12 inch.
