2 scoops vanilla ice cream
1 small banana, peeled and sliced
1/4 cup peanut butter
3 -4 ounces milk
additional banana, slices

Steps:

  • Add ingredients into blender.
  • Start blending on slow speed and gradually increase to high.
  • Blend until all ingredients are well combined.
  • Garnish with sliced banana.

  • Place all ingredients in blender.
  • Blend until very smooth.
  • Serve immediately.
  • For a vegan smoothie, make with soy milk and soy yogurt.

Steps:

  • Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender, adding only enough ice cubes to fill two cup container.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Serve immediately.
