- Bake Tater Tots according to package directions on a 12-in. pizza pan., Top with pizza sauce, cheese and pepperoni. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and, if desired, pepper flakes. Bake 5-7 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.

- 1..Place 3 cups Tater Tots® in a greased 10-in. pie plate. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, brown beef with 1/2 cup peppers and onions; drain. Stir in sauce, mushrooms and pepperoni; cook about 2 minutes or until hot. 2..Spoon over hot Tater Tots®. Sprinkle with 3/4 cup cheese. Top with remaining Tater Tots®, arranging in a circular fashion. 3..Bake an additional 15-20 minutes or until Tater Tots® are crisp. Top with remaining cheese, pepper and olives. 4..Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
