HIDDEN SECRET BURGERS
Spicy beef burgers, which reveal a hidden centre of melted cheese, jalapenos, and peppers!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef, onion, egg, hot pepper sauce, and bread crumbs. Season with paprika, parsley, salt, and pepper. In a separate bowl, mix the cheese, red chile pepper, and jalapeno pepper. Form the beef mixture into 4 balls, and press a well in the center of each. Stuff with equal amounts of the cheese mixture. Press meat around filling to seal. Arrange on a baking sheet, and press gently into thick patties.
- Bake 20 minutes in the preheated oven, turning once, until well done.

- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add Impossible Burger and cook until fully browned, about 10 minutes. Mix in 1/2 of the chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, and cumin. Cook and stir over low heat until fragrant, about 5 minutes.
- Spray a separate skillet with nonstick spray and warm flour tortillas over low heat until lightly toasted, about 30 seconds per side.
- Assemble your tacos with the filling, remaining raw onion, tomato, queso fresco, and cilantro. Squeeze some lime juice over the tacos and serve remaining wedges alongside.

THE INVISIBLE BURGER
Oh-so-popular at the Fall 2007 Fashion Week, these burgers are minus the meat. Instead, a hearty mushroom takes its place.

Steps:
- Clean and remove stem and dark brown gills of mushroom.
- Sprinkle olive oil on top of mushroom, add some salt and pepper, place on a sheet pan and roast mushroom for 10 minutes in oven at 275 degrees.
- After oven, dip mushroom in flour, then dip in egg and then dip in breadcrumbs consecutively.
- Deep fry mushroom in oil for 2 minutes in oil temp of 375 degrees.
- Remove and then garnish with lettuce tomato and cheese and place on brioche bun.
