- In the base of a 6-quart pressure cooker, combine the halved potatoes, broth, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, sea salt, black pepper. Stir gently to combine.
- Place the butter on top and lock on the lid.
- Set the time to 7 minutes at high pressure.
- When the cooking time is complete, carefully use the quick release to release the pressure and remove the lid.
- Stir the potatoes and transfer to a serving dish.
- Serve hot.

- Add the chicken broth to the bottom of your Instant Pot. Place the steamer basket or trivet on top of the broth and add your potatoes. Sprinkle with half the salt. Put the lid on the pot and turn to sealed. Set the manual timer to 8 minutes.
