2 tablespoons hot water
2 tablespoons sugar
1 heaping tablespoon instant coffee granules
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
4 ounces milk

Steps:

  • Add the water, sugar, instant coffee and vanilla to a bowl. Using a hand mixer, whip until light and fluffy, so that the mixture resembles a coffee-colored meringue mixture, about 3 minutes.
  • Fill a 12-ounce glass with ice, then pour in the milk. Add the whipped coffee and stir it into the milk.

1 Tablespoon of brown sugar
2 Tablespoons of hot water
Milk of choice
Ice

Steps:

  • Place coffee, sugar and water in a larger bowl and mix on high for about 4-5 minutes until the mixture becomes foam like with peaks. If you do not have a mixer, you can hand whisk for 20-30 minutes for the same consistency.
  • Fill a glass with ice and milk of choice and place your whipped dalgona coffee on top.
  • Make sure to stir! You want the dalgona coffee to mix with the milk thoroughly.
