- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and prepare a 9-inch pan with non-stick spray.
- In a large bowl add together the flour, baking powder and salt and whisk until combined. Set aside.
- In another mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar. One at a time, add the eggs into the butter mixture and mix in between each one. Add in the milk and yogurt, and then mix again until well combined.
- Start to slowly add the dry mixture into the wet mixture and mix well. Add in the chocolate chips and stir them into the batter using a spatula.
- Pour the batter into your prepared dish and prepare the crumble topping.
- Using a pastry blender or food processor, add the butter, cinnamon, flour and brown sugar together and blend until a fine crumble has been reached. Pour the topping over the cake batter and top with the 1/4 cup of chocolate chips.
- Bake for 35-45 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean. Best served warm, but still very good after cooled. Store covered on the counter top for 2-3 days.

- Preheat oven to 350°F Coat a 10" bundt pan with cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the flours, baking powder and soda and salt.
- In an electric mixing bowl, beat together the peanut butter & butter for 1 minute.
- Add the sugar, egg whites and vanilla and beat for 2 minutes.
- Mix in the mini chocolate chips on low. Then continue on low and add the dry ingredients alternating with the buttermilk until incorporated.
- Scrape batter into bundt pan and spread level.
- Bake for 55 - 60 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted comes out clean. Cool in the pan on a rack for 10 mniutes.
- Invert and release from the pan. Slip strips of paper under cake to prepare for glazing.
- Glaze: In a small bowl, stir together the glaze ingredients. Add a little more water if it is not thin enough. Drizzle glaze over the cake using a spoon.
- Remove paper, cut and serve.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Use butter to grease a 10-12 cup bundt pan well. Dust with a little flour or cocoa powder and tap out the excess.
- Mix together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl until combined.
- Add eggs, warm water, buttermilk, sour cream, oil, and vanilla. Use a hand mixer to beat on a medium speed until smooth. This should take just a couple of minutes.
- Pour batter into prepared bundt pan. Tap the pan on the countertop a few times to allow any air bubbles to escape.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes in a 350 degree oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool on a wire rack for 15 minutes and then turn out onto the racks and allow to cool completely.
- Place roughly chopped chocolate into a mixing bowl. Pour heavy cream into a small saucepan and bring it to a simmer over medium heat.
- Once cream comes to a simmer, remove it from the heat immediately and pour over chocolate. Let stand 5 minutes, until chocolate is completely melted.
- Stir until smooth. Once smooth, stir in corn syrup. Drizzle over the top of the cooled cake.

- Mix all ingredients except chocolates in large mixing bowl- Beat 1/2- 2 minutes.
- Grate German Chocolate bar (Or chop in a mini-chop or cuisinart-- this is much easier than grating).

- In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla.
