SPIKED ARNOLD PALMERS
The classic lemonade-iced tea combo was named after golfer Arnold Palmer in the 1960s - it was his go-to drink. Our version has a secret ingredient: vodka!

Steps:
- Put the tea bags in a large heatproof pitcher and pour in 5 cups boiling water. Let steep about 10 minutes. Discard the tea bags.
- Pour half of the tea into ice cube trays and freeze until firm, 3 hours. Refrigerate the rest.
- Make a simple syrup: Heat 1 cup water and the sugar in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring, until the sugar dissolves. Let cool.
- Stir 1 cup of the simple syrup, the lemon juice, 5 cups cold water and the vodka into the pitcher of chilled tea. Add the tea ice cubes.
- Pour the drink into glasses. Garnish with lemon slices and mint.

- In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy, 5-7 minutes. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in lemon zest and lemon juice. Combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt; add to creamed mixture alternately with sour cream, beating well after each addition (batter will be thick). , Fill 30 lined muffin cups with 1/4 cup batter. Bake at 350° until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 25-30 minutes. - Bring water to boil and pour 3 cups over 4 tea bags and allow to steep for 5 minutes. Remove bags and chill tea in the refrigerator.
- Add one cup of boiling water to 3/4 cup of sugar, making sure the sugar dissolves completely. This is a simple syrup to sweeten the tea. (If you don't want sweetened tea, eliminate the sugar and use all the 4 cups of water for the tea bags)
- Mix simple syrup and brewed tea together and chill.

- Tie the tea bags together attach to the handle of a large pitcher. Pour the hot water over the tea bags and into the pitcher. Set aside to steep for 5 minutes.
- Lemonade: To a blender, add the Simple Syrup, lemon juice, lemon zest and ice cubes and pulse to puree. Place the mixture into the freezer until the tea has finished steeping. Add ice cubes to a large glass and top with the tea. Using an ice cream scoop, scoop the "lemonade" into the glass.
- Add the sugar and water to a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil and allow to simmer until the sugar has dissolved. Remove from the heat and set aside to cool completely.
