- Cut limes in half and squeeze lime juice into a 2 quart pitcher. Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Fill pitcher with cold water, stir and chill in refrigerator.

Steps:
- Heat water to a boil and stir in lime juice, empty lime shells, sugar/Splenda, and salt. Remove from heat and allow to steep for 15 minutes, then allow to cool.
- Strain to remove lime shells if desired, and serve over ice.

- Combine the sugar, 1 cup of water, lime leaves, and lemongrass in a saucepan over medium heat. Allow the simple syrup to steep for 10 minutes. Strain the leaves and lemongrass pieces from the liquid. Let cool for 10 minutes.
- Combine the cooled syrup with 3 cups cold water and 1 cup of ice. Stir in the lime juice. Serve over ice with lime wheels (if desired).

- Mix lime juice, lemon juice, sugar, and salt in a large pitcher. Add mint leaves, lime wedges, and lemon wedges. Using a wooden spoon, smash down to bruise citrus and mint leaves (this will take a few minutes), then stir until sugar dissolves. Chill limeade until cold.
- Divide limeade among chilled ice-filled glasses. Top with soda water and garnish with mint sprigs.
