1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese, cubed
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic, minced
1 (10-ounce) package frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed of its juices
1 (14-ounces) jar artichoke hearts, chopped
Diced Tomatoes (optional)

Steps:

Combine all ingredients. Place in shallow casserole dish. Bake dip at 325°F for 15 to 20 minutes or until top is crisp golden.
