TEX-MEX BEEFY MAC & CHEESE

Steps:

• Prepare Dinner as directed on package.
• Meanwhile, brown meat in large skillet on medium-high heat. Drain; return meat to skillet. Add salsa and corn; mix well. Cook 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
• Add prepared Dinner to meat mixture; mix lightly.

TEX MEX KRAFT DINNER

Steps:

• Cook Kraft Dinner according to package directions, including butter and milk.
• Meanwhile borwn hamburger.
• Add taco seasoning.
• Mix hamburger into Kraft Dinner.
• Stir in salsa.

TEX MEX SEASONING

Steps:

• Salt is always optional in homemade seasoning. Feel free to add it to the blend now or wait and add it, to taste, when you make a recipe later. (Just don't forget it entirely. Salt will bring out the flavors in the recipe you're making and will allow this seasoning blend to really shine.)
• Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Store in an airtight container for up to 6 months.

TEX-MEX TACO DINNER

Steps:

• Brown meat in large skillet.
• Add chili powder, broth and water; stir. Bring to boil.
• Stir in rice and Cheez Whiz; cover. Simmer on low heat 5 min., stirring occasionally. Serve topped with lettuce and tomatoes.
