Steps:
- Preheat grill to med-high. Center potatoes on sheet of foil (dull) side toward food. Combine dry rub ingredients; sprinkle 2 Tsp. over potatoes. Top with butter. Bring up foil sides. Double fold top and ends to form one large foil packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Grill 15-18 minutes in covered grill. Stir before serving.

Yummy sidedish great for potlucks, holidays or just a good dish at dinner time. Easy to make with a taste unlike any other.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375F degrees.
- on stove in pan mix sour cream, margarine, and cream of chicken until it becomes a bit runny.
- Pour hashbrowns into a 9 by 13 inch pan and add liquid mixture on top, mix up so all potatoes are saturated.
- Bake at 375 for 40 minutes.
- Take out of oven and top with 2 cups of cheddar cheese, return to oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- This is a family favorite.

- In a large bowl, toss potatoes with green onions, bacon, salt and pepper. Place half of the mixture on a greased double thickness of heavy-duty foil (about 18 in. square); dot with 1 tablespoon butter. Fold foil over potato mixture and crimp edges to seal. Repeat to make a second packet., Grill, covered, over medium heat 20-23 minutes on each side or until potatoes are tender. Remove from grill., Open foil carefully to allow steam to escape. Sprinkle potatoes with cheese. Grill opened packets, covered, 3-5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.

- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2. Mix first five ingredients and 1/4 cup of the melted butter in mixing bowl. Add hash browns and mix well. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan.
- 3. Crumble Ritz crackers and mix with remaining melted butter. Sprinkle on top of potato mixture and bake for 45 minutes.
