CHICKEN TERIYAKI - IT'S A SECRET
This recipe is a family favorite. I've served it to friends at parties and everyone always asks for the recipe... but shhhhhh...it's a secret.

- In a medium bowl, mix together the soy sauce and mayonnaise. Add the chicken, and turn to coat. Cover, and marinate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat a grill for medium heat. When the grill is hot, lightly brush the grate with oil.
- Place the chicken onto the grill with a thick coating of the marinade. Discard remaining marinade. Cook for about 10 minutes per side, or until chicken is firm and juices run clear.

- To make the teriyaki aioli, combine garlic and salt in a small bowl until a paste forms. Add in the teriyaki sauce to the mayonnaise. Then, whisk in mayonnaise, olive oil, and lemon juice. Season to taste with kosher salt and pepper. (NOTE: You can make this aioli one day ahead. Keep refrigerated until ready to use.)
- Preheat barbecue. Brush pineapple slices with olive oil on both sides to prevent them from sticking to the grill. Place pineapple and hot dogs on the barbecue and grill until pineapple is nicely glazed and the hot dogs are cooked through and browned on the outside, about 7-9 minutes. If the pineapple is done first, remove the slices from the grill and set aside.
- Place one cheese slice on each hot dog. Close the barbecue for 1-2 minutes to let the cheese melt.
- Lightly brush the inside of your hot dog buns with olive oil and place on grill for 1-2 minutes.
- Remove hot dog buns from grill and place on a serving platter. Insert one hot dog into each bun and top with grilled pineapple, chopped mango, jalapeño peppers, diced tomatoes and sliced red onions. Drizzle with teriyaki aioli and serve immediately with extra sauce on the side for dipping.

PINEAPPLE-TERIYAKI CHICKEN BURGERS
The tastiest chicken burgers you will ever have! These pineapple-teriyaki chicken burgers are so flavorful, so juicy, we literally couldn't get enough of them. I am absolutely crazy about burgers, they are probably one of my favorite foods (aside from pizza), and it's been really fun playing around with different flavors and textures.

- Mix ground chicken, bell pepper, pineapple, garlic, 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce, green onion, salt, and ginger together in a bowl. Make 6 equally portioned balls out of the mixture.
- Heat a large cast iron or ceramic nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add avocado oil to the hot skillet and heat for 3 minutes. Place 2 to 3 balls into the skillet and flatten out with a spatula; cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5 minutes per side. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C). Remove from the skillet and repeat to cook remaining burgers.
- Place burgers on buns with lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise, ketchup, and more teriyaki sauce if desired.
