- Place chops in large plastic food bag; pour in sauce. Press air out of bag; close top securely. Turn bag over several time to coat chops well. Refrigerate 4 hours, turning bag over occasionally.
- Preheat grill 5 minutes. (I use an indoor electric grill.) Remove chops from marinade; discard marinade.
- Arrange 3 chops in single layer on grill. Grill 3 minutes. Turn chops over; grill 2-3 minutes longer. Repeat with other 3 chops.

Steps:
- Place meat in a deep glass or ceramic dish in a single layer.
- In a small bowl, combine garlic, honey, mustard, ginger, pepper, lemon juice, oil and soy sauce.
- Pour over chops and marinate in the refrigerator 8 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
- Remove chops from marinade and place on a broiler rack.
- Pour marinade into a small saucepan to heat.
- Broil about 4 inches from heat for 7 minutes on each side.
- Stir hot marinade into the rice and serve.

TERIYAKI LAMB CHOPS
Steps:
- Cut 2 green onions into thin slices and the rest into 4 cm pieces. Toast the sesame seeds in a nonstick frying pan for about 3 minutes. Remove from the heat. Stir in the soy sauce, vinegar, honey, garlic, ginger and the sliced green onions.
- Roll the narrow end of the chops into medallions and secure with toothpicks. Place them in a baking dish and pour in the soy sauce mixture. Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
- Cook the noodles according to the package directions. Drain. Cut the carrots and pepper into matchsticks and blanch in water to cover, 3 minutes. Add the remaining green onions and corn. Blanch until the vegetables are crisp-tender, about 2 minutes longer. Drain and toss with the noodles.
- Preheat the broiler. Remove the lamb chops from the teriyaki marinade; pour the marinade into a small saucepan. Broil the chops 12 cm from the heat until done to taste, 4 minutes on each side for medium. Transfer to a platter, remove the toothpicks and keep warm.
- Bring the marinade to a boil. Cook, stirring, for 2 minutes. Dissolve the cornstarch in 1⁄3 cup water and whisk into the marinade. Boil over medium-high heat, whisking, until the sauce thickens, about 2 minutes. Toss half of the sauce with the noodles, drizzle the remaining half over the teriyaki lamb chops and serve.

- First chop the meat into small pieces and remove all fat. Mix the dark soy sauce, half of the teriyaki sauce and garlic, ginger paste and honey together. Marinade the meat for several hours (or preferably overnight) in the soy sauce mix.
- Prepare all the vegetables and chop them into smaller pieces. Top and tail the mangetout and cut in half and chop the asparagus (green) into smaller pieces. Remove the stalks from the spinach and chop the leaves and slice the red pepper crossways. Chop the coriander leaves.
- Take the petit pois (peas) and mash them into a paste. Then mix this with the remaining 4 tablespoons of the teriyaki sauce. Meanwhile, toast the sesame seeds in a skillet.
- Then fry the meat in a wok in the oil until it is cooked and set it aside on a plate. At the same time simmer noodles for 4 minutes (or according to the instructions on the packet). Then sieve and put aside on a plate.
