Steps:
- Combine the pineapple juice and honey in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a simmer and cook until slightly thickened, about 15 minutes. Add the tequila and continue to cook for 2 more minutes. Turn off the heat and set aside.
- Meanwhile, prepare a barbecue or grill pan to medium-high. Spread the butter over each peach half and grill, flat-sides down, until warmed through, about 4 minutes. Add the grilled peaches to the tequila syrup and let stand 20 minutes before serving.
- Serve the peaches with frozen yogurt and drizzle with tequila syrup.
- Cook's Note: The peaches can stand in the syrup, covered, up to 2 hours at room temperature.

This is a marinade I came up with that I use mostly on pork tenderloin, but is good on steaks, chicken and fish as well.

- In a medium bowl, stir together the peach preserves, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, orange juice, tequila, onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Use half of the mixture to marinate your meat. Pour the remainder into a saucepan, and bring to a boil. Boil for about 10 minutes, or until thickened. Use as a sauce for your cooked meat.

WHITE PEACH-SILVER TEQUILA COCKTAIL
Steps:
- Place the peaches in a food processor and process until smooth. Pass through a mesh strainer into a bowl.
- Combine the peach puree, tequila, liqueur, lime juice and simple syrup in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve over ice in rocks glasses. Garnish with a slice of peach and mint sprigs.
