20 habaneros, Chopped
8 garlic cloves, minced
1 medium onion, Chopped
5 golden tomatoes, diced
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup tequila

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients in a large sauce pan; cook down to desired constancy.
  • Let it cool and strain into a container.
  • Refrigerate any unused sauce.

1 1/2 cups ketchup
1 (12 ounce) bottle chili sauce
1/2 cup horseradish
1/8 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 tablespoon hot pepper sauce
1/2 cup tequila
salt and pepper

Steps:

  • Blend all ingredients together.
  • Chill until ready to serve.
