3/4 to 1 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon ground mustard
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 to 1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 pounds pork spareribs
1 tablespoon canola oil

Steps:

  • Combine the first 9 ingredients in a 3-qt. slow cooker. Cut ribs into serving-sized pieces; brown in a skillet in oil. Transfer to slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until tender.

3/4 cup white vinegar
3/4 cup ketchup
2 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp ground mustard
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2-3 lb pork spare ribs
1 tsp vegetable oil

Steps:

  • Combine vinegar, ketchup, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, ground mustard, paprika, salt and pepper in a slow cooker.
  • Cut the spare ribs into serving size pieces. Brown the ribs in a skillet with oil. Remove them from skillet, pat off excess oil with paper towel. Put ribs in slow cooker and spoon sauce over them.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or until tender.
