4 tablespoons all-bran cereal
1 cup vanilla-flavored soymilk
1 cup brewed green tea
1 tablespoon protein powder
6 ice cubes
10 teaspoons Splenda sugar substitute
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon or 1/8 teaspoon ground allspice

Steps:

  • Mix everything in blender. Blend for 2 minutes. Enjoy!
  • Note: You can use soy protein powder or whey protein powder. Also regarding the soy milk, I prefer soy milk fortified with calcium for extra benefits.
