- To make cheese sauce, in a large skillet, melt butter; stir in flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually stir in milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 1-2 minutes or until thickened. Add the salt, pepper and cheese; stir until cheese melts. Set aside. , In a small skillet, saute ham and green onion in 3 tablespoons butter until onion is tender. Add eggs and cook over medium heat until eggs are set; stir in mushrooms and cheese sauce. , Spoon eggs into greased 13x9-in. baking pan. Combine topping ingredients; spread evenly over egg mixture. Cover; chill overnight. Uncover; bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

- In a large saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons butter. Whisk in the flour, salt and pepper until smooth. Gradually stir in milk. Bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened and bubbly. Remove from the heat. Stir in cheese; set aside. , In a large skillet, saute ham and onions in 3 tablespoons butter until onions are tender. Add eggs; cook and stir until eggs are almost set. Stir in mushrooms and cheese sauce. Transfer to a greased 11x7-in. baking dish. Melt remaining butter; toss with bread crumbs. Sprinkle over top. Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours or overnight. , Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until top is golden brown. Sprinkle with additional green onions if desired.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- While preheating, place a 9×13 glass baking dish with the butter in it in the oven.
- In the mean time, whisk eggs with milk.
- Add cheese, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1 teaspoon pepper.
- Remove the pan with the butter from the oven.
- Pour egg mixture on top. Bake for 10 minutes.
- If you want true scrambled eggs, break up with a spatula after 10 minutes. Repeat this process every 5 minutes until eggs are completely cooked.
- If you want to slice your eggs, check every 10 minutes and remove when eggs seem set.
MAC AND CHEEZY SCRAMBLED EGGS
Steps:
- Prepare Kraft Macaroni and Cheese dinner according to package directions. Set aside when done.
- In a medium mixing bowl, break 10 eggs and mix with a fork until consistency is uniform throughout. Unwrap cheese slices and break into large pieces. Add cheese to the egg mixture.
- In a large skillet, add the egg and cheese mixture along with the cooked macaroni and cheese. Over medium heat, stir and scrape the egg and macaroni mixture as it cooks. Continue stirring until the eggs are done to desired consistency. Serve immediately.
