- Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 8-inch square (2-quart) glass baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. In large skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium-high heat until beef is thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently. Drain.
- Reduce heat to medium; stir in soup. Cook until mixture comes to a boil, stirring occasionally.
- Spoon beef mixture into sprayed baking dish. Spoon pizza sauce evenly over top. Arrange pepperoni and bell pepper over sauce. Sprinkle with cheese. Arrange potato nuggets over cheese. Cover with foil.
- Bake at 375°F. for 30 minutes. Remove foil; bake an additional 15 to 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

This tasty casserole is comfort food. The original recipe used a can of mushroom soup instead of the white sauce, but I seldom have canned soup in my pantry, so I improvised. The kids like it plain, but my husband and I like to sprinkle the finished product with crushed red pepper. I'd like to try this with ground turkey, but I just haven't yet.

- Heat oven to 375°F Spray 8-inch square (2-quart) glass baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. In large skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium-high heat until beef is thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently. Drain.
- Melt butter, stir in flour and garlic powder. When bubbly gradually stir in milk to make a smooth white sauce. Heat until thickened. Add Parmesan cheese and salt to taste. Stir ground beef into white sauce.
- Spoon beef mixture into sprayed baking dish. Spoon pizza sauce evenly over top. Arrange pepperoni over sauce. Sprinkle with cheese. Arrange potato nuggets over cheese. Cover with foil.

- In a large bowl, mix together your ground beef, sauce and seasonings
- Spread ground beef mixture in a lightly greased 4-quart slow cooker (use one with a broiler safe insert)
- Sprinkle 1 cup of cheese evenly across the top
- Evenly spread out your desired pizza toppings on top of the cheese
- Spread your tater tots across of the top of everything
- Cover and cook on high for 2 hours, turning your insert halfway through if your slow cooker doesn't cook evenly
- Sprinkle your remaining cheese on top of your tater tots and place in your broiler on high for a couple minutes until the cheese is melted and the tater tots crisp up (do NOT leave it unattended as it can go from perfection to a mess if left too long)

- Place the frozen tater tots, tomato sauce, seasonings, pepperoni, and chopped green pepper in a large resealable bag. Remove the excess air and seal.
- Measure out the shredded cheddar cheese into a medium-sized freezer bag and seal. Staple the bags together above the seal.
