1 pound bacon, diced
1 (32 ounce) package frozen bite-size potato nuggets (such as Tater Tots®)
12 eggs
½ cup milk
1 pinch salt
⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Place bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned, 5 to 8 minutes. Drain bacon on paper towels.
  • Spread bacon into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish to cover. Spread potato nuggets over the bacon.
  • Beat eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together in a bowl; pour over the layer of potato nuggets. Top with Cheddar cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until hot in the center, about 1 hour.

2 teaspoons Montreal steak grill seasoning

1 bag (32 oz) Ore-Ida™ Tater Tots™ frozen potatoes
4 slices cooked bacon, coarsely chopped
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (8 oz)
1/4 cup chopped green onions

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray.
  • In 10-inch nonstick skillet, cook beef and onion over medium-high heat 7 to 9 minutes, stirring frequently, until brown; drain, and return to skillet. Stir in seasoning, soup and sour cream; stir to blend completely.
  • Place half of the frozen potatoes in single layer in baking dish. Spoon beef mixture on top. Top with half of the chopped bacon, 1 cup of the Cheddar cheese, the remaining frozen potatoes, then remaining 1 cup cheese.
  • Bake 40 minutes; top with remaining chopped bacon. Bake 5 to 10 minutes or until casserole edges are bubbly and potatoes are lightly browned. Sprinkle with green onions.

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray.
  • In 8- or 10-inch nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Cook onion in oil 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender.
  • In medium bowl, stir onion, condensed soup, sour cream, milk, 1 cup of the cheese, 2 tablespoons of the dressing mix and the black pepper until mixed well; stir in chicken.

4 slices bacon
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (about 4 ounces)

Chopped fresh chives, for topping

Steps:

  • Bake the Tater Tots as the label directs. Reduce the oven temperature to 400 degrees F and lightly coat a 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray.
  • Cook the bacon in a medium skillet over medium-low heat, turning once, until crisp, about 8 minutes. Remove to a paper towel-lined plate to drain, then roughly chop.
  • Lightly press the Tater Tots into the prepared dish. Top with the cheese and bacon. Bake until the cheese melts, about 5 minutes.

1 (32-ounce) package frozen Tater Tots
8 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 green onions, (chopped)
1 (8-ounce) package shredded colby jack cheese
salsa for serving

Steps:

  • Cook the bacon until crisp and drain on paper towels. Crumble and set aside.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Line the bottom of the baking dish with the tater tots.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Add half of the bacon, half of the green onions, and half of the cheese and stir well. Pour the mixture evenly over the tater tots.
  • Bake uncovered for 45 to 50 minutes or until the eggs are set and the tater tots are heated through. Sprinkle with the remaining half of the bacon, green onions, and cheese. Return the dish to the oven and cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted. Serve warm topped with salsa.

16-20 oz. frozen tater tots

Steps:

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F. Spray a 9"x13" baking dish with nonstick cooking spray, and set aside.

  • Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
  • Cook bacon in a large cast iron skillet over medium-high heat until crispy on both sides, about 10 minutes. Place on a paper towel-lined plate and set aside, keeping the bacon grease in the skillet.
  • Reduce the heat to medium and add potato nuggets to the skillet. Season with garlic salt and toss until evenly coated. Cook until the outsides are crisp, about 10 minutes, turning carefully with a spatula once or twice. Remove the skillet from heat.

1 pkg mini tater tots
cheddar or colby-jack cheese (shredded)

Steps:

  • 1. Pre-heat oven to 350.
  • 2. Cut bacon into small pieces. In a large skillet, start to render to ALMOST crisp. Do not drain yet.
  • 3. Add the hamburger to the bacon and grease. Brown the hamburger and finish rendering the bacon. (oohhh! extra flavor)
  • 4. OK .... now you can drain. :-) Please note ... you may have to drain some of the fat in mid-browning if it is too much - you decided based on your skillet.
  • 5. Add the cream soups. Please note ... you can use "regular" cream soups but these flavored ones really add to the recipe.
  • 6. Add 1/2 can water. Stir completely to be sure soups and meat are completely incorporated.
