20 oz frozen spinach
6 oz cream cheese, cubed
1 ¼ cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
5 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese, divided
1 tablespoon Tasty Zesty Spice Blend, plus more for topping
½ teaspoon kosher salt
chip, or carrots or celery sticks, for serving

Steps:

  • In a medium microwave-safe bowl, microwave the spinach until completely defrosted, about 5 minutes. Remove from the microwave and let sit until cool enough to handle, about 5 minutes.
  • Transfer the spinach to a surface lined with 4 paper towels. Gather the towels around the spinach and position over the bowl. Wring out to remove all of the moisture. Discard any excess liquid that accumulates in the bottom of the bowl.
  • Return the spinach to the bowl and add the cream cheese, 1 cup (100 g) shredded mozzarella, 4 tablespoons Parmesan, the zesty spice blend, and salt.
  • Microwave for 4 minutes, stirring halfway, until the cream cheese is completely softened and the mozzarella is melted. Stir well to combine, then microwave for 30 seconds more to melt any remaining cream cheese clumps.
  • Top with remaining ¼ cup mozzarella and tablespoon of Parmesan. Return to the microwave for 1½-2 minutes, until the mozzarella on top is melted. Sprinkle with more zesty spice blend.
  • Serve with chips, carrots, or celery.

1 packet onion soup mix

Steps:

  • Gather the ingredients.
  • Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  • Chill for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to mingle.
  • If you prefer a warm spinach dip, warm the ingredients up in a slow cooker and serve the dip whenever you're ready. Alternatively, serve in a hollowed-out bread bowl .

12 balls frozen dinner rolls
8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
½ cup grated romano
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup sour cream
14 oz artichoke heart, drained and chopped
¾ cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained of excess water
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon dried basil
½ teaspoon crushed red pepper
olive oil

Steps:

  • Coat a 10 inch (25cm) oven-safe skillet with olive oil. Place the dinner roll dough balls in a ring around the skillet. Cover and let rise until thawed and doubled in size.
  • In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, parmesan, romano, mozzarella, sour cream, artichoke hearts, spinach, garlic, basil, and red pepper flakes.
  • Once the dough has thawed, uncover and scoop the dip into the center of the skillet.
  • Brush the rolls with olive oil, and top with an additional sprinkle of cheese (optional).
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 375˚F (190˚C) for 25 minutes.
  • (If the bread browns too quickly, lower oven temperature to 350˚F (180˚C) or cover the bread with a ring of foil). Remove and let cool slightly before serving.

2 cups seasoned breadcrumb
canola oil, for frying
marinara sauce, for dipping

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, spinach, mozzarella, salt, pepper, and garlic powder, stirring until thoroughly mixed.
  • Transfer the mixture to a square baking pan lined with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly in the dish.
  • Freeze for 30 minutes.
  • Invert the frozen spinach dip onto a cutting board and remove the parchment paper.
  • Slice the block into 1-centimeter strips, then slice the strips in half into sticks.
  • Place the flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs into three separate bowls. Dip the spinach dip sticks into the flour, then the eggs, then the breadcrumbs, then back into the eggs, and finally back into the breadcrumbs. Set the breaded sticks aside on a plate.

3 tablespoons olive oil
2 sprigs fresh rosemary
2 medium yellow onions, thinly sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
10 oz frozen spinach, 1 box, thawed and squeezed dry
4 oz cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup sour cream
½ cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons lemon zest
kosher salt, to taste
freshly ground black pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons lemon juice
pita chip, or toast, or crudités, for serving

Steps:

  • Heat the olive oil in the 2.5-quart saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the rosemary sprigs and fry until fragrant and the leaves are crisp, 1 minute. Using tongs, remove the rosemary and transfer to paper towels to drain. If any leaves are left behind in the oil, remove with a slotted spoon and transfer to the paper towels as well.
  • Return the pan with the oil to medium heat. Add the onions and cook, stirring occasionally, until soft and caramelized, 20-25 minutes.
  • Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
  • Stir in the spinach and cook for 2 minutes to evaporate any excess moisture. Add the cream cheese and cook, stirring, until completely melted and incorporated into the onions and spinach.
  • Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon zest, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Let cool to room temperature or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
  • Remove the rosemary leaves from the stems over a cutting board. Crush with your fingers or finely chop with a knife.
  • Transfer the dip to a serving dish and smooth the top. Sprinkle with the fried rosemary and serve with pita chips, toasted bread, or crudités.

Steps:
