COPYCAT PINKBERRY FROZEN YOGURT
Copycat Pinkberry Frozen Yogurt! If you love tart frozen yogurt, you will love this recipe! Just three ingredients! Enjoy as is or topped with fresh fruit.

Steps:
- Whisk together the yogurt, sugar, vanilla extract and salt. Continue to whisk until the sugar is 'dissolved' in the yogurt mixture. It will seem really thick at first, but keep whisking. It may take 2-3 minutes to get it very smooth and not grainy.
- Place in the fridge for 30 minutes - 1 hour to chill. While you don't have to do this step, I find it helps create a creamier product when processing the fro-yo.
- Remove the mixture from the fridge and place in the base of an ice cream maker (I love this one). Process according to manufacturer's directions until thick and creamy. Since I used all greek yogurt for this, it was thick within 10-12 minutes.
- Enjoy as is for soft-serve consistency, or place in a freezer-safe container and freeze for an additional 2-4 hours before serving.
TANGY VANILLA FROZEN YOGURT
This yogurt is a salute to Red Mango. It isn't pretending to be ice cream. It tastes like tangy yogurt in frozen form. The result is creamy and completely refreshing without guilt. I opted for 2% to make sure the yogurt had the right consistency and didn't turn icy. I paired it with a slice of grilled pineapple and some homemade granola (Recipe #424610 ) for a healthy sundae.

- Mix all three ingredients until sugar is dissolved.
- Refrigerate mixture for 1 hour.
- Freeze using an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer's instructions.
EASY HOMEMADE FROZEN YOGURT RECIPE
Steps:
- Combine the frozen strawberries, banana, yogurt, orange extract (or vanilla extract), honey, sugar, and corn syrup in the bowl of a food processor fitted with a blade or a heavy duty blender.
- Blend until everything is combined into a creamy smoothie-like mixture. Taste, and if you like it sweeter add a bit more honey.
- Transfer the mixture to a freezer safe container and smooth the surface. Press a piece of parchment against the top of the yogurt to prevent ice crystals from forming. Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- To serve, allow the frozen yogurt to sit at room temperature for a few minutes just until soft enough to scoop. Scoop the amount you need (long, shallow pulls or strokes will produce better scoops). Enjoy!
